Severus Snape Upon reflection, Severus Snape decided that he might not have joined the Timelords if he had known about the uniform in advance. Proving once and for all that there isn't a flimsy premise that I can't use to shoehorn Snape into a bad pop culture reference (see Batman, Snape).
